                                                   NobelProcera CAD/CAM System

The NobelProcera system digitizers models quickly with minimal user intervention. This system designs crowns, bridges, implant bridges, implant abutments, and milled bars, all with the same software. It uses a specific scan process for each product type to ensure optimal product quality. Also, if preferred, there is still the option to design a manual wax-up and then scan the restoration later.

NobelProcera introduces the next generation of optical scanners for CAD/CAM dentistry, featuring unique and patented scanning technology, conoscopic holography, for highly precise data acquisition. Conoscopic holography is a scanning technology that is capable of capturing the shape of complex objects with extraordinary precision. In contrast to other optical scanning techniques, such as triangulation, this technology projects and reflects light breams from a scanned object across the same linear pathway. This co-linearity measures steep angles and deep cavities for precision scanning.

                                                                     Digital Wings 7Series

The Digital Wings 7Series system scans both plaster positive models and negative impressions. The 7Series delivers excellent marginal integrity and fit in a large variety of indications from a single preparation to a full arch. Software modules include crown and bridge, implant custom abutments, and screw retained bars.

The optical set-up, running with five axes of freedom and two high-speed cameras, gives access to a superior scanning volume ( 140 mm x 140 mm x 140 mm ) with a high degree of accuracy. The scan chamber is large enough for fully articulated models. Also, chair side impression scanning enables dentists and our lab to collaborate and communicate on a common electronic platform.

ZENOTEC Select (Wieland Dental)

The Zenotec Select combines a compact CNC (computer numerical control) milling system featuring state-of-art 5 axis simultaneous operation with the advantage of automated manufacture and compact external dimensions. Due to the 8-disc material changer, the machine can easily be set to work overnight. With the wet-grinding function, the familiar range of materials can be extended to include materials such as glass ceramics and lithium disilicates.

In addition to machine control, the Zenotec Select includes the Zenotec CAM software application. This helps to manage blanks and allows for space-saving nesting combined with the fastest computing times.

Planmeca PlanScan CAD/CAM

With the PlanScan CAD/CAM restorative system, driven by E4D technologies, we can produce quality inlays, onlays, veneers, crowns, and bridges. Dental Logic software in the E4D design Center enables the operator to customize a virtual restoration before it is sent ot the robust E4D mill for fabrication.

Planmeca PlanScan is the only intraoral scanner in the world with blue laser technology. Its smaller wavelength (450 nm ) is more reflective, resulting in sharper images. Its ability to capture fine details allows for more clinically precise prosthetics. This system is user-friendly and ultra fast. Planmeca PlanScan captures and processes data almost as quickly as you can move your hand – even with full arches.

iTero System

The iTero digital system allows for the fabrication of numerous types of restorations, both tooth and implant based. These restorations include crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays and onlays, as well as Invisalign treatment. iTero captures precise measurements of the patients teeth and soft tissue, including pre-existing ceramic, polymer, and metal restorations.

With the ability to scan separate quadrants as well as full arches, iTero allows the clinician to easily take digital impressions of single unit cases as well as more complex restorative full arch treatment. Onscreen visualization ensures that preparations are perfectly completed and that there is adequate clearance to achieve the best cosmetic and restorative outcome. The result is a reduction in seating time and an increase in patient satisfaction.

ZENOTEC Mini (Wieland Dental)

The Zenotec mini, an ultra compact milling system designed for efficiency, features a 4 axis system, a highspeed spindle, and integrated control electronics. This milling unit shapes zirconia, acrylic, and wax materials cleanly and precisely.

Featuring six tool positions and an automatic tool length and breakage detection system, the unit’s axis of rotation has a harmonic drive for optimal concentricity for processing work pieces throughout the entire 360° of their circumference. The automatic measurement of the axis of rotation along with automatic compensation ensure consistent high-precision processing. The Zenotec mini software package aids in blank management, ensuring the most space-saving nesting with a minimum of computation time.

CAD/CAM dentistry is a field of dentistry and prosthodontics using computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing to design and create dental restorations. Over the past decade, there has been a surge of highly technical digital and computer software that has changed how day-to-day dentistry is performed. CAD/CAM dentistry provides an opportunity for the laboratory industry to adapt to the need for a digital dental team, one is which dentists of dental impressioning devices can transfer patient preparation information to the lab to expede restoration fabrication and enhance patient comfort and convenience.
